Stressed Out? Not Anymore!
Wall Mounted Aquariums This was the day after my annual doctors visit and needless to say I did not get the best news. Of course it could be worse but the main problem was my blood pressure. I could tell it was bad because the nurse kept taking it over and over again. Then when the doctor came in he also tested again on my other arm. The result is I am now on medication and I have been warned that I should make some changes to have a stress free environment. This is easier said then done.
Even though I work from home there are additional complications that arrive daily. Like all of us, I’m loosing money in the stock market and thinking twice before I go purchase that cup of coffee from Starbucks. I knew I had to start making some changes so that I can be around for a little longer. My Dentist Had the Right Idea
Since I spend a lot of time in my humble abode I thought the first thing I needed to do was make this atmosphere calming and eye appealing. I recalled taking my daughter to the dentist’s office last month and she was exceptionally nervous. In their lobby on a good size wall was a wall mounted aquarium. In retrospect, I first thought it was a television. As soon as we sat down and gazed at the swimming fish she became calmer. What is Relaxation, Tranquility and Comfort Worth to You?
So with my computer at hand I began doing some research. The very first information was that wall mounted aquariums effect people with a healthy mind, body and spirit. They are known to help you relax, find tranquility and harmony. It can reduce your stress and improve your health. Wa La! Did I just find my life saver? Every article that I encountered made that same point over and over again. Some of the other advantages included eye level viewing, centerpiece of conversation and pleasing design with limited maintenance. The only disadvantage I found was going to come from my wallet. They are a bit more expensive then your average fish tank but the hours of enjoyment and added value to my home is worth the compromise.
Most of the sites I visited suggest that you have a professional install it. They inform you that if you are handy you can install it, but with a professional they are able to hide all the cables and equipment in very little time and effort.
There are numerous companies that have websites online devoted to selling wall mounted aquariums. There are some that offer options custom made to your specifications.
My suggestion to you is for the health of your family start your search today. As I am sitting back admiring mine, I have no regrets just less medication that I do not need to take. With warm regards,
