On the Road With Bathroom Wall Tile
You Never Know Where You'll Find Bathroom Wall Tile A few weeks ago we were on a road trip to Florida. We were going to visit some friends in Tampa. These friends of ours used to live in the Chicago area and the husband, my old friend Tim, was a co-worker of mine in a job I held a few years back. We get together every year or two. I usually make the trip to Florida between January and March because I can get out of Chicago and take advantage of the warm weather in Tampa for ten days or so. Anyway, we packed our suitcases last night and me, my wife and Clea, our Cocker Spaniel jump in the car. It's 3:00AM and we're on the road. It's about 24 hours of driving, so we take two days and split the driving into two twelve hour days. At the end of the first day we ended up in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It's about 3:15 in the afternoon. With a little help from my notebook computer, we find a dog friendly hotel and settle down for the day. We eat dinner at around 5:00PM and by 7:30PM we're back at the hotel going to sleep in order to get back on the road by 3 or 4 o'clock the next morning. The next thing you know, it's 2:30AM and the alarm clock is going off above my head. My wife heads off to the shower and a few minutes later I do the same. By 3:30AM we're all packed up and back on the road again. We're about fifteen minutes out and my wife starts flipping through the stations on our satellite radio. The next thing I hear is, "Good day America. It's time for Home Improvement Handyman with Calvin Johnson. Today we are talking about Bathroom Wall Tile to transform your bathroom into the bathroom of luxury. It's mix and match day. What I mean by this is I'm going to give you, my listening audience, examples of different types of bathroom wall tile. I will combine these different textures to produce a beautiful, yet daring example of bathroom wall tile art I call improvisational tile decorational. For our next bathroom I will start out with Polished Blanco Cristal Granite Tile 12" x 12". One row of this where the wall meets the ceiling, all around the bathroom. Below that I will add one row of Gossamer FIELD SBN Ceramic Tile 2" x 4". Below this I will add two more rows of Polished Blanco Cristal Granite Tile 12" x 12". Below that I will add one row of Iberica CACERES Ceramic Tile 3" x 6". Next below that I will add three rows of Iberica Crackle CACERES Ceramic Tile 4" x 4". Below this I will add my bottom row of Iberica CACERES Ceramic Tile 3" x 6". Then from this point down to the baseboard will go Polished Blanco Cristal Granite Tile 12" x 12". You've got to see this bathroom wall tile in order to feel how great this really looks. To see bathroom walls tiled in this manner is a most enjoyable experience.
